The Grand Ballroom

he Grand Ballroom is a serene and sunlit space surrounded by floor to ceiling glass doors, perfect for hosting banquets, award ceremonies, and business event dinners. Open the doors to our shaded garden terrace patio for an extra dose of charming Italian ambiance. The vaulted ceiling and exposed beams perfectly compliment the room. The Grand Ballroom can comfortably accommodate up to 175 guests seated or 200 guests standing.

The Meeting Room

If you’re looking for a focus, professional space for your conference or seminar, look no further than our meeting room. Combining a sleek, professional atmosphere with classic Tuscan architecture, your event will practically feel like a vacation for all of your guests. 

The Garden Terrace

Our Garden Terrace is perfectly positioned to allow immediate access to the gardens and the ballroom. A canopy of trees shades the terrace, creating the perfect patio weather to take in the mountain view and infamous Colorado sunsets. If you’re looking for an authentic Colorado event space, or want to enjoy a scenic sunset over the Rockies after your event, then it’s hard to do better! The Garden Terrace can comfortably accommodate up to 175 guests seated or 200 guests standing. 


The Courtyard

The Courtyard welcomes guests with a tranquil, tiered fountain. With plenty of open space, this is the perfect locale to host a reception, company dinner, or happy hour. The Courtyard can comfortably accommodate up to 200 guests.

Pricing

Pricing depends on the day of the week and time of year. Friday & Saturday must end by midnight and all remaining days must end by 10pm.

Peak Season. May 15th ~ October 31st

Weekend – $950 for the first hour, $600 for each additional hour

Weekday – $600 for the first hour, $350 for each additional hour

Off-Peak Season. November 1st ~ May 14th

Weekend – $600 for the first hour, $350 for each additional hour

Weekday – $450 for the first hour, $250 for each additional hour
