The Grand Ballroom
The Grand Ballroom is a serene and sunlit space surrounded by floor to ceiling glass doors. Open the doors to our garden terrace patio, shaded by a canopy of trees. The vaulted ceiling and exposed beams perfectly compliment the room. The Grand Ballroom can comfortably accommodate up to 175 guests seated or 200 guests standing.
The Meeting Room

The Garden Terrace
The Garden Terrace is perfectly positioned to allow immediate access to the gardens and the ballroom. The canopy of trees shades the terrace, creating the perfect patio weather to take in the mountain view and infamous Colorado sunsets. The Garden Terrace can comfortably accommodate up to 175 guests seated or 200 guests standing.
The Courtyard
The Courtyard welcomes guests with a tranquil, tiered fountain. Just past the fountain are the double-doors to the main entrance inside Villa Parker. The Courtyard can comfortably accommodate up to 200 guests.

Pricing depends on day of the week and time of year. Friday & Saturday must end by midnight and all remaining days must end by 10pm.
